    Elinta UAB (hereinafter referred to as Elinta) is committed to safeguarding your privacy in the online space. For this reason, Elinta adheres to Mandatory Internal Regulations (hereinafter referred to as MIR), which establish the requirements for the protection of personal data. If you provide Elinta with your personal data on the website www.elintosprekyba.lt  and elintashop.com (hereinafter referred to as the website), Elinta undertakes to protect them in accordance with all applicable MIR and the rules of personal data processing set out in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania, which Elinta acknowledges in these privacy terms.

    Elinta is committed to taking appropriate protection  measures to protect your personal data. Protection  measures are implemented on the website to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of personally identifiable information under our control.

    Your Rights

Additionally, you have the right to object to the collection or further processing of your personal data and, if necessary, the right to amend your personal data. You can also request limitations on processing. The company will delete or correct any information that is inaccurate or outdated upon the user's request. You can request that the information provided on the  website be deleted at any time. However, the information will be kept in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of Lithuania. Data will be deleted in accordance with local data removal rules transferred to the system. Data in the company is stored for 6 months, unless a longer or shorter mandatory storage period is specified in the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The company will immediately delete your personal data unless it has a legal basis to continue processing your personal data, e.g., actions are necessary to present, enforce, or defend against a claim or to fulfill a contract signed with you.

When submitting such a request to the company, please provide relevant information so that we can fulfill your request, such as your full name and email address, from which we can identify you. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case, no later than within one month. If you disagree with the company processing your personal data, you can always lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority.

    Complaints

    If you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data by Elinta, please contact us at any time. The company will review and investigate your complaint and, if necessary, contact you for additional information. The company will always confirm receipt of your complaint or reject it within 5 business days. The company makes every effort to investigate any complaint or objection within one month. If a decision cannot be made within one month, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and the time when the decision is likely to be made (but not later than 6 months from the date of receipt of the complaint). At any time before submitting a complaint, as indicated earlier, during or after the investigation, you can also file a complaint with the local data protection authority, competent court, or another institution.

The company is not responsible for the content of other companies' (third-party) websites or the personal data collection practices of such companies.
